Are UV gels better than any other enhancement type?
No type of artificial nails are safer or better than others. If the natural nail damage while having enhancements is because of improper practices. As long as you apply them properly( no over filing), do nail fills and remove them properly, the nail should remain healthy.
What causes the spikes during the gel nail application?
-Thin nail plate
-Products that are not properly formulated
-UV gels
-thick coats (the ticker the application the most heat it will release)
How to avoid heat spikes during gel application?
-Avoid over filing the bail plate
-Avoid applying gel coat to thick
-use good quality products
-follow manufacturer instructions
