They are spelt the same so it’s confusing.
I thought I should make more of an effort with my annual sales pitch!
(humorously) I haven’t been really enthusiastic until now but I thought I should! (the word choice of ‘sales pitch’ is even more humorous, as it has a kind of negative image of a salesperson who persuades someone to buy their product.)
