Knots calibrated airspeed
-is indicated airspeed corrected for position and instrument error
KTAS
Knots True Airspeed
-is airspeed expressed in knots relative to undisturbed air which is KCAS corrected for standard temp and altitude

-is the maximum airspeed at which you can use abrupt control movements

-is highest speed permissible with wings flaps extended
