Where is the engine & MGB oil cooler?
No 2 section of the tail rotor drive shaft, behind the engine bay
Where are the static vents?
Either side of the note, forward of front doors
Where is the battery?
In the nose
Where is the anti-ice switch?
In the roof, forward starboard side of the console if cable actuated, somewhere on the instrument console otherwise.
Where is the cyclic friction?
Below and to the right of the cyclic, looking from the front
Where is the engine and gearbox oil cooler and blower fan?
Aft of the engine, above the No. 2 section of the tail rotor drive shaft
Where are the magnetic plugs?
1 in the tail rotor, 2 in the transmission gearbox, 2 in the engine
Does the horizontal stabilizer move?
Not on the 206, but there is a moveable elevator on the 206L.
What is the all-weather fuel type?
ASTM-D 1655, Type B or MIL-T-5624 JP4
How many chip detectors?
6 or 7, plus the oil monitor: Transmission filter, transmission case, engine accessory gearbox (2), tail rotor gearbox, freewheel, and depending on the transmission, there could be an upper plug.
