Slow down & proceed w/ caution;
Yield to pedestrians & vehicles lawfully in the intersection.
Flashing Red Light
= Stop Sign
Stop;
Proceed when safe after yielding the right-of-way.
Driving sight changing frequency
Every 5-8 sec:
1. Scan road ahead;
2. From one side of the road to the other;
3. Check mirrors.

Air brake vehicles add additional 0.4 sec for brakes to engage.

Slow down and be ready to yield the right-of-way.
