- Safety Equip Instructions : reflective triangle/fire extinguisher/goggle/hard hat
- Employee Training : safety laws/driving skill evaluate
- Records retention
- Ensuring drivers’ qualification
Drivers of a carrier should
- Received Training per safety plan: hours/trip inspection/cargo secure/weight/dimension req.
- Comply with Policies & Procedures within the law
- Documents completed & possessed: lading bill/dangerous goods doc.
- Medically/biologically fit
- Required Qualifications : driver’s licence/vehicle registration/dangeous goods training certificate/insurance
- Report carriers of violation/conviction/collision
