What does mRNA do in translation?
A
Binds to a ribosome, specific amino acids attach to transfer RNA (tRNA), and anticodons of tRNA bind to codons of mRNA, bringing specific amino acids into position on a growing protein. Translation begins at the start codon and terminates at the stop codon.
