Clinically significant distress that may accompany the incongruence between one’s experienced or expressed gender and one’s assigned gender (at least 6 symptoms in children, 2 symptoms in adolescents and adults for at least 6 months)

Related gender dysphoria symptoms that cause clinically significant distress or impairment but does not meet full criteria and clinician specifies the reason
