Three types of women with regards to religious participation :

• home centred = women who stay at home are more likely to engage with traditional religious as they subscribe to more conservative values
• work centred = women who work full time in demanding jobs are more likely to be secular beacause they don’t have time for religion
• jugglers = women who balance work with family life are more likely to get involved in New Age Movements
