• They are having pain in upper right quadrant, radiates over to the SS shoulder/scap region

What happened to the peritoneum?

It’s inflamed and there’s pain in abdomen b/c something ruptured
BLUMBERG’S/rebound tenderness (+)

LOWer left quadrant hurts BAD!
BAD like blood in stool BAD!
Why?
B/c the large intestine is messed up somehow, need colonoscopy
