Driver gear has 10 teeth and rotates at 150 rpm what would the driven gear with 20 teeth rotate at?

75 rpm, because the driven as twice the amount of teeth so the driver would have to do 2 rotations for the driven to do 1. 150/ 2 = 75

Question 2

Driver gear has 20 teeth and rotates at 200 rpm what would the driven gear with 10 teeth rotate at?

Answer 2

400 rpm, because the driver only has to rotate once for the driven to rotate twice, so driven is rotating twice as fast. 200 x 2 = 400
