- Mid Cost Of living
-Badly connected: limited options for transport.
-Older, population proffesionals / some retired
Rural challenges:
-public = more car usage
-lack of oppertunities.
-Isolation
-Fuel poverty
-low social care.
-lesser Broad band access.
Rural opportunities:
-More green space
-to be able to raise a young family
-Nice wild life
-Low crime rate
-healthier .

Advantages and impacts of diversification:
- adaptability- Shows farms can adapt to new Circumstances.
- Security - farmers can ensure a longer term future for their farms.
- tradition- new activities can help keep traditional Farming practises.
- Developing new skills- enables farmers a chance to develop new skills
Disadvantages and impacts of diversification:
* traffic congestion
* air pollution.
*Congestion+ crowding on footpaths and in rural areas
* Parking problems and erosion of grass verged
* If lots of rural properties are used Second holmes
for holiday accomidation Local people can no longer afford to Iive in the move away.
* Some people argue that solar farms and wind turbines are unsightly
