A
Longitundinal mucosal lacerations at the gastroesophageal junction or gastric cardia. Can be caused by recurrent vomiting.

Benign tumour of the stomach, prone to bleeding

Achalasia
A
Failure of smooth muscle fibers to relax, which can cause a sphincter to remain closed and fail to open when needed. Associated with dysphagia, weight loss, regurgitation, bird beak deformity on barium swallow.
