Turcot syndrome: FAP + brain tumours (glioma, medulloblastoma)
Gardner’s syndrome: FAP + desmoids, osteomas, and epidermoid cysts, fibromas, sebaceous cysts, supranumeery teeth
Features of Cowden’s disease
Harmatomas in BOWEL thyroid, breast, uterus brain.
also skin manifestations: harmatomas of skin and mucosa, trichelomas, sclerotic fibromas
