A
  • Debridement (may need amputation)
  • Benzylpenicillin + metronidazole
  • Hyperbaric O2

  • Involves aerobes + anaerobes

- Both progress rapidly to necrotising fasciitis + myositis

  • Benzylpenicillin ± clindamycin
