What is the treatment for cholelithiasis ?
A
Asymptomatic - no treatment, wait until develop symptoms
Cholecystectomy - when complication of gallstones develop
- acute cholecystitis - within 1 week of diagnosis
- choledocholithiasis - surgery whether asymptomatic or not.
