- Inform the other crew member
- Remain strapped in and minimize movements
- Notify maintenance on UHF 257.50
- Taxi to the parking lines (avoid parking under the APES canopy)
- Shut down the engine
- Wait for maintenance to arrive before opening cockpit. Close canopy before inserting new pin.

1) Inform the other crew member
2) Remain strapped in
3) Taxi to a remote parking spot
4) Shut down engine
5) The non-affected crew member pin seat and unstrap
6) unpin empty seat and give pin to affected crew member
7) Pin seat and unstrap

Yes, provided that there’s not civilian traffic operating at the field.
