  • POH: Dx ocular conditions
  • FOH: DM, glaucoma, AMD
  • GH: Diabetes/hypertension/cancer/high cholesterol/lupus
  • known PVD, previous RD or periph retinal disease
  • cataract
  • choroidal Naevus/AMD/glauc/other ocular
  • Glaucoma suspect
