What is means by functions, roles and responsibilities?
Function: An individual’s job role defined broadly within heading - such as marketing or production.
Roles: Duties / tasks that a manager has to carry out as part of their job (planning, organising, reporting etc)
Responsibilities: Relates to managers being accountable for their actions and decisions.
