What does the stems do
The stems hold the flower and leaves. It also transports food and water throughout the plant
What does the leaves do
The leaves capture the suns energy to produce oxygen. They also provide shade.
What do the roots do
The roots anchor the plants in place. Also absorbs nutrients and water from the soil.

Flower, leaves, stems and roots
What are the female parts of a flower?
The female parts of a flower is the stigma, ovary, style and ovule. Inside the ovary are the eggs or ovules.
What are the male parts of a flower?
The male parts of a flower is the stamen, anther, filament and pollen. The stamen is where the pollen is found.
What do the petals do
The petals attract insects to the plant to help with pollination
What do the sepals do
The sepals protect the bud before the flower opens
What does the stamen do
The stamen holds the pollen
What does the pollen do
The pollen is a male part of the flower
