Q

What is the hoovers sign and what would it show in fnd? What would you need to exclude?

A

When you lie down, hold boh heels, ask the patient to push down with both legs, tehn ask the patient to pick up the other leg.

If pathological issue, then the leg won’t push down wither time, however in fnd the leg won’ push down when being told to but will on reflex to counteract the leg up.
