Considerations

A

1) Individuals should walk without assistance of another person
2) Document any AD or bracing used
3) Some items specify a score based on the use of an AD. IF use of a device is not specified for scoring in a particular item, the patient should be tested without the device
4) Subsequent assessments should be completed with the same device
