Milk fortified with Vit D is an example of a functional food as Vit D is essential for calcium absorption and bone health
Whole grains
Wheat, brown rice, and oats are considered FF due to their high fibre content. Fibre aids digestion, helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and reduces the risk of heart disease.
