What is the Fire Support Coordination Center (FSCC)?
The agency where supported units plan and coordinate fire support.
Located in the Combat Operations Center (COC)

Geographical area, complex, or installation planned for capture or destruction by military forces

What are Fire Support Coordination Measures (FSCM)?
Designed to provide safeguards for friendly forces and at the same time facilitate rapid engagement of targets.
