That’s exactly why I called you. I’ve had several fans who weren’t interested at first, but after I showed them how we could get them back out to Subaru Park to cheer on the Union for some top games at a great price, they were happy we talked. I need just 5 minutes.

In the past, I can understand why you would do that. Do you typically choose particular games by the opponent or by price?

Acknowledge – “I hear what you’re saying…”
Elaborate – “…tell me a little more about how that would impact your decision.”
Isolate (with a Leading Question) – “So it would be important to find something that works with your budget then, correct?”
Continue with Pitch – “Great, I think I might have an idea. Really quickly, though, let me ask you a few questions…”
We’re not soccer fans
I can understand that, but we have a lot to offer outside of the game itself, not necessarily just soccer. You don’t have to be a soccer fan yourself to like this! What made you think to initially purchase tickets to the (game you attended) match?
You would be wasting your time
I’ve had several fans tell me the same thing and I was able to walk them through the benefits. My job is talk to valued fans like you and go over these neat ideas that can help you enjoy Union games for a great price!
Started a Family/Have Kids Now
Congrats on the family! It’s always great to learn about new Union fans! We actually have some awesome cost-effective and schedule-friendly options for families. Have you been able to bring them out to a Union game yet? Where did you all sit?
