radiographic findings of osteomyelitis, gout and charcot

A
  • Osteomyelitis = periosteal reaction with cortical erosion
  • Gout = cortical erosions around joint with distinct overhanging edges
  • Charcot = may see fractures with periosteal reaction and joint destruction

Early on in all diseases, no radiographic changes may be found
