A
- Osteomyelitis = periosteal reaction with cortical erosion
- Gout = cortical erosions around joint with distinct overhanging edges
- Charcot = may see fractures with periosteal reaction and joint destruction
Early on in all diseases, no radiographic changes may be found

- Blood glucose –> increases
- sed rate = more than 15
- CRP = more than 1
