Characteristics
Even though plants or animals are of the same type, they can have slightly different features or traits, like different colors, or shapes making each indivisual unqiue.
Variation
A group of living things that are very similar to each other.
Species
The act of continuing to live or exist.

When a living thing makes a new living thing that looks like its self.
Reproduction/reproduce
A special feature or behavior that a plant or animal has, which helps it to survive in its enviroment.
Adaption
State of deep sleep that animals enter during winter to survive in the cold and food scarcity.
Hibernations
When an animal leaves its home enviroment to find a new place based on enviroment conditions such as weather when birds fly south for the winter
migration
The ability of an animal to perform a behavior automatically and without thinking in certain situations.
Instict
A home for animals and plants where they can find everything they need to survive such as water, food and shelter ina specific place.
Habitat
A pattern, color, or shape that helps a living thing blend into it enviroment. it is usually used to help prey avoid predators or for predators not to be seen by prey
