A
Must have RS based on specific and articulable facts that a person is ARMED AND DANGEROUS

What is the scope of a motor vehicle frisk?
A
A. Where the suspect realistically has, had, or will have access to a weapon
B. Passenger compartments
C. Locked glove box (IF OFFICER HAS KEYS)
D. Unlocked containers

A
Trunk (usually)
Locked containers (NEED A SEARCH WARRANT)

A
Minimum of reasonable suspicion.
