1st Estate- Clergy - Collected Tithe tax. The Church officials. No need to pay tax
2nd Estate- Nobility- Feudal privileges. Rulers. No need to pay tax
3rd Estate- Businessman, merchants, peasants, artisans,, landless labours.
Normal people. No privileges, All tax payed by them.
