How do we check if our customer has Freight Warranty?
We can check by looking at the customer’s account details through the Big Post portal.
SCENARIO:
- A receiver calls us to advise that their freight has been received damaged. Can we tell them that their supplier (our cx) is not covered?
NO! Never discuss damage/loss with the receiver. Ask the receiver to send us some images but they will need to contact their cx as their contract of sale is with them.
Can Big Post cover second hand items?
No!
Can we talk to the sender/receiver about legalities/using legal jargon?
No! We must avoid using legal jargon, we are not lawyers!
How can we send our customers the Big Post Freight Warranty Policy?
