Right Livelihood: How we choose to live our lives, spend our time, and work in the world
Right Effort: Utilize our focus, attention and energy across our thoughts, communication, actions, and work
Right Mindfulness: Ability to live our lives in a mindful way
Right Concentration: Concentration from clarity and awareness that allows us to live in an insightful way
Emptiness and non-self
We can’t exist on our own. We’re connected to everything
The Four Brahmaviharas

Viewed as the abode of True Love
Loving Kindness: Capacity to offer happiness to yourself and others
Compassion: Capacity to understand suffering in oneself and others
Sympathetic Joy: Capacity to offer joy
Equanimity: Capacity to accept the reality of many truths and develop an attitude of inner peace amidst inevitable changes
