Q

What is motivation important

A

When someone really wants to do something they are more likely to practice and improve. Coaches teachers like to see that kind of motivation because it helps you get better at what you do. Everyone is different though, some people are more motivated by their own goals while others might need encouragement from family, friends or coaches.
