Q
What are the steps of FPR?

- Indirect, 3-plane positioning
- Hold for 3-5 seconds
- Re-evaluate

Q
What are the steps of Still’s technique?
A
- Pt is passive
- Diagnose joint
- Joint is moved into side of ease
- position is exaggerated to increase relaxation
- traction or compression force applied
- articulate joint thru neutral and into barrier
- Release force and bring back to neutral.
