Authority. the directors, managers, and coordinators of the work for the project. They may be part of a project board or steering committee for the project and, collectively, have authority to direct the project

Business Sponsor (Orange)
Most senior project-level business role.
Project champion;
Must be high enough to resolve business issues and make financial decisions
Business VIsionary (Orange)
Needs a clear vision to avoid confusion and misdirection.
The Visionary is responsible for interpreting the needs of the Sponsor, communicating these to the team and ensuring needs are accurately.
At the end of the project, the Visionary will own the deployed solution
Technical Coordinator (Green)
Project’s technical authority
The Technical Coordinator performs the same function from a technical perspective as the business visionary does from a business perspective.
Project Manager (BLue)
Providing high-level Agile-style leadership to the SDT and managing the working environment.
Project Manager takes responsibility throughout the duration of the project. This must include both business and technical delivery aspects of the project, from foundation (if not Feasibility) through to deployment.
Business Analyst
facilitates the relationship between the business and
technical roles, ensuring accurate and appropriate decisions are made on the Evolving Solution on a day-to-day basis.
Team Leader (Blue)
The Team Leader works with the team to plan and coordinate all aspects of product delivery at the detailed level.
The Business Ambassador (Orange)
key representative of the business needs within the SDT.
Provides the day-to-day detail of the requirements during timeboxed development.
Main decision maker during Evolutionary Development
Solution Developer (Green)
interpret business requirements and translate them into a solution.
Solution Tester (Green)
performing testing throughout the project in accordance with the agreed strategy
