A pose is a combination of an object’s position and orientation.

A
It has “translated”

A
Rotation. It has rotated.

Is the order of motions important?
A
Yes. Walk forward 1 meter and then turn 30 degrees is different than turning 30 degrees and walking forward 1 meter. We end up. With a different pose.

What is an inverse or opposite motion?
A
The motion that gets us back to where we originally started.

A
A concept from mathematics: two or three an orthogonal axes that interact at a point called the origin.
