What is a bible passage that supports liturgical worship?

What is liturgical worship
When worship follows a very set structure which is more or less the same everytime. For example the eucharist service
When does liturgical worship take place?
Often on church in sunday ( ten commandmetns) but other days too
What is non liturgical worship?
Refers to worship that doesnt have a set structure and is more spontaneous. For example the sermon could be on a theme thay is relevant to today
What is indicidual worship?
Tends to be informal and unstructures although some christians follow litirgical patterns for idnividual prayer. For instance mant catholic christinas ise rosaries
When is individual worship
For most believers everyday and maybe even several times a day
Why is liturgical worship significant?
Following a set format helps the worship become a repeated ritual with a clear place in peoples lives
Connects worshippers to the rest of the church - creates a sense pf belonging
Why is non litirgical worship significant?
Because it tends to be private and involves communicating with god, meditating and personal reflection (matthew 6:5-8)
What is evangelical worship like?
Non liturgical, services are informal and focus on the bible and adoration of god
Can attract congregation so often latge audiences
Features pop style music played with instruments

Believe that the holy spirit is present when they worship (omniscient) actively inspiring what happens during service. Means that services can be sporadic
May involve fallong into trances pr speak unknown languages

May clap or sing or shout at any point as they believe that they worship god eith their whole body not just minds
Quaker worship?
Forms of informal worship and involves meditation, contemplation and reflection
No set prayers or hymn or sermons. Everyone worships as equals and sit in stillness and silence
Believes it allows time to listen and reflect
Usually in circle shows no hierarchy

Silence helps them to discover themselves and confront pains and fears
Quakers dont see jesus as the son of god or a divine being yet rather a human
