A

An autocratic government all power rests on one single leader while in a democratic government all the power rests on the citizens. Citizens don’t have a lot of power and rights in an autocratic government. On the other hand, in a democratic government the citizens have rights and power over the government.

In 2-3 sentences compare and contrast PRESIDENTIAL and PARLIAMENTARY democracies?

A

In a presidential democracy citizens vote directly for president and legislature. On the other hand, in a parliamentary democracy citizens vote for parliament and parliament votes for the head of state. They are both very different because in a presidential you get to vote for the head of state (presidential) but in a parliamentary democracies you don’t get to do that.
