a group of people who share the same common beliefs.
What do people in religious groups have in common?
they believe in the same God (or gods) and they share the same scared texts with a set of rules that tell them how to live.

a group of people who share common cultural characteristics. They are identified by religion, race, or national origin. Ancestry.

Most of the Arab population live in Northern Africa but the Arab culture spreads beyond the Sahara and into the Sahel
