O: Humerus - distal 1/2 anterior border

I: Ulna - Ulnar tuberosity, coronoid process
N: Musculocutaneous nerve (C5+6); radial nerve has minor branch to lateral part of muscle.
A: Elbow flexion
Coracobrachialis
O: Scapula - tip of the coracoid process
I: Humerus - midshaft, medial surface
N: Musculocutaneous nerve C6+7); perforates the coracobrachialis
A: Shoulder IR, hor. add, add, flexion
Biceps Brachii
O: Long Head - Scapula - Supraglenoid tubercle
Short Head - Scapula - tip of the coracoid process
I: Radius - radial tuberosity, bicipital aponeurosis
N: Musculocutaneous n. (C5+6)
A: Elbow flexion, foream supination, IR, abduction
Triceps Brachii
O: Long Head: Scapula - Infraglenoid tubercle
Lateral Head: Humerus - posterior surface and lateral border, proximal to the radial groove
Medial Head: posterior surface, distal to the radial groove; Medial intermuscular septum
I: Ulna - olecranon process, upper posterior surface
N: Radial n. (C7+8)
A: Shoulder extension, hyperextension, adduction
Anconeus
O: Humerus - lateral epicondyle, posterior surface
I: Ulna - olecranon process, lateral side
Upper posterior surface to posterior oblique line
N: Radial N. (C7+8_
A: Elbow extension; tenses capsul of elbow joint to prevent pinching during extension
Pronator Teres
O: Humeral Head: Humerus - medial supracondylar ridge; medial epicondyle via the CFT
Ulnar head: Ulna - coronoid process, medial aspect

N: Median n. (C6+7)
A: Foream pronation, elbow flexion

O: Humerus - CFT
I: Metacarpal 2- anterior base with slip to MC 3
N: Median n. (C7+8)
A: Wrist flexion and radial deviation, forearm pronation, elbow flexion
Palmaris Longus
O: Humerus - CFT
I: Palmar aponeurosis
N: Median nerve (C6+7)
A: Wrist flexion, tenses palmar fascia
Flexor carpi ulnaris
O: Humeral Head: Humerus - CFT
Ulnar head: medial aspect of olecranon process, posterior border (upper 2/3) by common aponeurosis with FDP and ECU
I: Pisiform -> hook of hamate via pisihamate ligament
Pisiform -> base of metacarpal 5 via pisometacarpal ligament
N: Ulnar n. (C8)
A: Wrist flexion and ulnar deviation, elbow flexion
Flexor digitorum superficialis
O: Humeral head: Humerus - CFT
Ulnar head: Ulna - medial aspect of coronoid process; ulnar collateral ligament of elbow
Radial head: Radius - upper 1/2 anterior border
I: Middle phalanges 2-5 midshaft via split tendons
N: Median n. (C7+8)
A: Finger flexion at MP’s and PIPs 2-5, wrist flexion, elbow flexion
Flexor digitorum profundus
O: Ulna - proximal 3/4 anterior and medial surfaces (includes medial aspect of coronoid process); posterior border (upper 3/4) by common aponeurosis with FCU and ECU
I: Disatal phalanges 2-5 anterior bases
N: Anterior interosseus nerve for digits 2+3
Ulnar nerve for digits 4+5 (nerve roots for both C8T1)
A: Finger flexion at MPs, PIP, and DIPs 2-5, wrist flexion
Flexor pollicis longus
O: Radius - mid anterior surface, distal to anterior oblique line
I: Distal phalanx 1 - anterior base
N: AIN (C8T1)
A: Thumb flexion at CM, MP, and IP joints, wrist flexion
Pronator quadratus
O: Ulna - distal 1/4 anteior surface
I: Radius - distal 1/4 anterior surface
N: AIN (C8T1)
A: Forearm pronation
