Q

Explain and name and example of a non-contact and contact force

A

a contact requires contact to create a change twist whilst a non-contact is also a field force and doesn’t need contact to cause an effect like magnestism

A

Iron and colbalt.

17
Q

Describe what happens when two poles come together?

A

When two opposites come, they attract. When two like come together they repel.

18
Q

How are magnets used in our everyday life

A

Magnets are used by holding up the fridge magnets and to create tight doors.

19
Q

What happnes it you bring a charged object to an uncharged object

A

The charged object charhes the uncharged object and the unchatged object creates a temporary feild.

20
Q

using, electrostatic, how does thunderstorms work

A

Water particles rub against each other and create friction. Electrons get transfered to ther places and creates build up of charge. When the charged, it tries to find opposite charge.
