Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Pate
The foei gras is cured overnight and cooked with the chicken liver, along with tomatoes, shallots, capers. Then pureed into a pate, served with country bread.
Focaccia Di Recco
This dish is perfect for the table. Stracchino cheese is cooked between 2 layers of focaccia dough until golden brown. Topped with olive oil sea salt.
Chips, Tuscan Fried Herbs, Garlic and Chilis
House made chips (kennebec potatoes) fried rosemary, parsley, sage, and garlic slices. Finished with sea salt and chili flakes.
Spiced Marcona Almonds
Almonds are tossed in eggwhite, then a spice mix of star anise, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper. Then cooked until crunchy. Perfect table or bar snack.

A selection of assorted cured meats and cheeses, served with house made seasonal garnish and bread.
