A

CLINICAL
-limping / pain/ swelling/ bruising
- positive anterior drawer test + inversion stress test
- TOP at ATFL + CFL

RADIOLOGICAL
considered based on ottawa ankle rules findings

Describe plantar Fasciopathy

A

overuse injury characterised by heel pain + loss of function

diagnosis of plantar fasciopathy

A

CLINICAL
- TOP often at the anteromedial aspect of the heel
- pain worst in the morning + eases with exercise in early stages
- pain worsens w prolonged standing
- windlass test may provoke pain

RADIOLOGICAL
MRI may be used if stress fracture suspected
