reduced pain for deformity due to neuropathy, extensive bone remodeling/fragmentation of midfoot. swollen, red, warm joint typically in context of poorly managed diabetes

A
Ponseti method - manipulation and progressive casting soon after birth with correction achieved by 6-10 weeks. Achilles tenotomy required in 85% cases. Night time braces until 4. relapse rate 15%

A
club foot - inverted and plantar flexed foot. Cannot be passively corrected
