Prepare a food sample and transfer 5cm^3 to a test tube
Prepare a water bath so it’s set to 75 degrees Celsius
Add 10 drops of Benedict’s solution using a pipette
Place tube in water bath for 5 minutes

Add a few drops of iodine solution and shake the tube to mix the contents
