Everyone needs food to build new cells or to replace injured or dead ones.

Proteins (chicken, fish & tofu) and minerals (calcium from milk and iron from red meat and spinach)
Why do we need energy even when we are still?
for organs such as our heart to keep us alive.
Provision of energy
Food supplies us with energy needed for our bodies to properly function move and work.
Outcomes of lack of food
feeling tired, loss of appetite and sometimes energy will shut down certain body processes
Repair and maintenance of cells
Cells in the human body need to be in good condition in order to regulate body processes and protect the body against disease and infection.
What does water and vitamins and water help the body to do?
Stay healthy
