A

Nihon wa totemo kirei desu. Takai hinshitsu no shigoto de shirarete imasu. Soko de hataraku koto de, motto ooku chishiki o eru koto ga dekiru to shinjite imasu. Mata, watashi wa nihon no yutaka na bunka, tokuni puraibashī to chinmoku no sonchō ni miryou sarete imasu.

Japan is very beautiful and known for its high quality of work. I believe that working there will help me gain more knowledge. Also, I have always been fascinated by Japan’s rich culture, particularly its respect for privacy and silence.

Why do you want to work in food pro?

A

Tabemono ni kakawaru shigoto ga suki de, atarashii sukiru o manabitai desu. Tokuni, Nihon no obentō-tsukuri o manabitakute, itsuka jibun no shokuhin bijinesu ni ikashitaidesu.

I enjoy working with food and want to develop new skills. I am particularly interested in learning how to make Japanese bento meals and hope to apply this knowledge to my own food business someday.

A

My strength is that I am a hard worker and always do my best.

Shourai no keikaku/mokuhyou wa shokuhin gyōkai de keiken to sukiru o motto mi ni tsukeru koto desu. Mananda koto o ikashite, itsuka jibun no shokuhin bijinesu o mochitai desu.

My future plan is to gain more experience and skills in the food industry. I hope to apply what I learn and eventually have my own food business someday.

I have experience assisting in the kitchen including cleaning, food preparation like washing and cutting the vegies, and placing the food in platters or food boxes for take away. Working in a fast-paced environment, it’s important to stay organized, follow instructions, manage time well, stay calm under pressure, work efficiently with others and should always prioritize food safety and hygiene to avoid spoilage, cross-contamination and risk of illness. Also I always strive to improve my skills for customer satisfaction.

Why you didn't use your degree in teaching?
I took that course primarily because I got a scholarship and it was the best opportunity available to me at that time. However, over time, I realized that my true interest lies elsewhere. Working in different field has given me a chance to develop other skills and I'm focused on building a career that aligns more with my personal strength and goals.
