A
  1. At first sign of reaction - chlorphenamine & If asthmatic & wheezing - inhaler
  2. Not resolving/ worsening after 30 mins - prednisolone & call for help
  3. If becomes blue/ collapses - IM adrenaline & call 999

A

Food allergy - adverse immune response to food
- IgE mediated (immediate onset <2hrs)
- Non-IgE mediated (delayed onset)

Food intolerance - adverse non-immune response to food
