A

The way diest can affect hauora is if I dont eat enough . A consequence of this is regular headaches and being tired . This affects my physical well-being . As i get tired , I get triggered and cry alot . This is affecting my emotional well-being. People dont like to be around me because of this . This affects my social- wellbeing. Being tired I cant think of my purpose in life , affecting my spiritual well-being.
