Slows the rate of sugar into the bloodstream and moves food along the gut.
What are minerals good for?
It includes calcium so is good for bones and also contains iron which is needed for making red blood cells.
What are vitamins good for?
Helps eyesight, growth, appetite and taste and helps cells to functions. Is also good for general health.

Cereals, pasta, bread and rice.

Egg, dairy, poultry, nuts and fish.

In oils, dairy, olives, seeds and nuts, cakes, chocolate, meat and fish.

Bran,skins, nuts and seeds.
