A

To be Balanced means: To be equal or proportionate. Having mental steadiness or emotional stability; the habit of calm behavior, judgment, etc.

In order words, consistently taking the time to acknowledge and spend time working on those challenging areas of our lives is exercising balance.

Do you think about the areas in your life you want to change daily?

A

It’s important that we take the time daily to think about those areas we want to address and to be balanced doing so. Meaning thinking about what we want to change or achieve requires spending time focused on changing, planning and reaccessing what we did previously and how we can do it better next time. Not beating ourselves up, because we keep missing the mark.

Yes, you can choose to think about anything you want each and every day. And with today’s technology, you can even set a timer on your smartphone or watch or even a regular alarm clock to think about what you want to achieve daily.
